Abstract

Through Resolution 789 of 2018, which establishes the guidelines for the conformation of Regional Logistics Alliances (RLA), and considering the objective of Conpes 3982 to constitute 14 of them by 2022, the need to structure and strengthen them strategically emerges. Consequently, in agreement with the Ministry of Transportation, a project is formulated to consolidate collaborating capacities in the RLA with processes of strategic direction, measurement of the level of maturity, and definition of a roadmap through which it is possible to establish that in the country the RLA are in a planning state. Also, there is a call for prioritizing initiatives related to road transportation, and information and communication technologies.
