arquitectura, interseccionalidad y feminismo de datos en Colombia
Abstract
In casual conversations and in small groups, some women often share negative experiences about their professional training and practice. Unfortunately, these experiences go unrecorded, which maintains harmful structures within the architectural discipline. Aware of the absence of data on these experiences, a group of architecture professionals, with the support of Arquitectas Colombianas, developed a virtual survey in 2023 from a feminist and intersectional perspective. This article presents the analysis of the data obtained arguing that it is imperative to transform pedagogical and professional practices, in addition to building more data that contribute to a diverse, equitable and inclusive discipline.
